Bevor SORAIA in die Sommerpause geht, möchten Sie hiermit zu einem Höhenpunkt unseres diesjährigen Veranstaltungsprogramms einladen: Am Montag, dem 20. Juni 2011 haben Sie Gelegenheit, an einer Tagung des EUROCITIES Knowledge Society Forum in Dresden teilzunehmen. Vertreter aus europäischen Verwaltungen werden sich ausführlich mit den Effekten und Potentialen der bisherigen Umsetzung der EU-Dienstleistungsrichtlinie auseinandersetzen.

Seit Ende 2009 soll die Umsetzung der EU-Dienstleistungsrichtlinie europaweit abgeschlossen sein. Insbesondere in den Bereichen Prozessorganisation und Wissensmanagement haben die öffentlichen Verwaltungen in den EU-Mitgliedsstaaten zahlreiche Lösungen auf den Weg gebracht. Unter der Überschrift »Reorganisation and Knowledge Management in Cities - the hidden profit of implementation the EU Services directive« wird sich die Tagung insbesondere mit den Potentialen dieser Entwicklungen in den europäischen Städten beschäftigen.
